Job summary

Carolina Chillers, LLC is seeking a Project Foreman to oversee HVAC/mechanical field operations in Lexington, SC. You will manage project teams, set daily goals with the superintendent, and maintain client communications on site to ensure work aligns with standards and budgets.

The role requires extensive field experience in HVAC/mechanical trades, ability to read blueprints, and certifications such as EPA, OSHA30, rigging and lift.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades.
• EPA, OSHA30, rigging and lift certifications are required.
• Ability to write reports and professional correspondence to vendors, government officials, and clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of project oversight.
• Provide daily written reports outlining resource needs for the following day and project progress.
• Set daily goals for the team with the superintendent and outline clear expectations for individual teammates.
• Direct any significant disciplinary concerns to the project superintendent.
• Assume primary responsibilities for customer communications and updates onsite.
• Ensure that management is updated with customer feedback that is received.
