Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HVAC supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with the Service Coordinator. Base salary ranges with bonuses are offered in a competitive market.

• Ability to plan and prepare projects and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point person for HVAC division job coordination with Service Coordinator.
• Ensure on-site execution is high quality and well managed; communicate clearly.
• Lead daily project organization and on-site readiness.
• Demonstrate Crown Mechanical values and a player/coach mindset.
• Oversee job notes, photos, and project cost reviews; assist sales when needed.
