Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee residential HVAC installations, upgrades, and replacements. You will lead a team of technicians, mentor helpers, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining safety standards.

You will interact with homeowners, resolve issues, and manage tools and inventory. The role requires physical work, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HVAC experience in residential market.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of experience.
• Holds valid EPA certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking to resolve HVAC issues.
• Proactive, enthusiastic approach with commitment to quality work.
• Prioritizes exceptional customer service and addresses client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, or replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Lead a team of technicians on job sites and in the shop.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on site and in shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and effective homeowner communication.
• Manage inventory, tools, and vehicle; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and appliance standards.
