Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure high-quality service, and maintain safety standards on job sites.

The role emphasizes training junior staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing tools and inventory while handling physically demanding tasks in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years HVAC experience in residential market.
• Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three years of experience.
• Holds EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations.
• Possesses advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrates a proactive and enthusiastic approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and/or replace HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in an organized and clean condition.
• Perform work safely at heights, in attics, and under various weather conditions.
