Job summary
Jetson in Columbia, MD is seeking an experienced HVAC installer to lead an install crew. You will remove existing equipment and install heat pump systems, while guiding junior technicians and ensuring work aligns with blueprints, schematics, and building codes. The role requires Maryland HVACR Journeyman license, solid HVAC knowledge, and strong customer service.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as install team member and team lead.
- Maryland HVACR Journeyman License is required.
- BPI certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Follows OSHA safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Remove existing HVAC equipment
- Install new heat pump systems
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Test heat pump systems to ensure proper functionality
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Train team members on the Jetson equipment and install procedures
