Job summary

Rock Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee installation projects, lead a team of installers, coordinate scheduling and materials, and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, leadership experience, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Local candidates in Colorado will be considered for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with leadership and project management.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Plan and coordinate installation projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Install, assemble, and commission HVAC systems per specs, blueprints, and codes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installations for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards and customer expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate installation records and project timelines.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and stakeholders on status.
• Uphold safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
