Big Horn Heating and Cooling is seeking a Lead Installer to oversee and perform installations of HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems for residential and commercial projects. You will lead teams, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold safety standards while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role expects 5+ years of installation experience, potential leadership responsibilities, and preference for trade schooling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of installation experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Technical or trade school training strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation of HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Supervise and train installation team members.
• Schedule tasks to meet project deadlines and maintain safety.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Mentor apprentices and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with customers.
