Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience with HVAC systems and refrigeration components.
- Type II EPA Certification.
- Own basic HVAC installation tools.
- Strong customer service and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Install/Replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and rooftop units.
- Maintain company vehicle and stock/tools.
- Travel to job sites with dispatcher and manage schedule.
- Design Duct Systems for Comfort and Efficiency.
- Discuss accessories or replacements with homeowners.
- Process invoices and payments on site.
- Participate in training opportunities and mentor apprentices.
- Coach and mentor apprentices and entry-level installers.
