Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead Installer to head installation projects from start to finish. You will guide helpers, ensure quality work, and ensure each job is completed safely.

This role requires anti-accident focus, excellent communication with customers, and adherence to company policies while maintaining a clean, safe work area and finishing installations to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to braze and solder equipment as needed.

• Perform full system change-outs timely as required by the manager.
