Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, including crew-lead time.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a one- to two-person install crew on each job.
• Commission systems — verify refrigerant charge and airflow.
