Job summary

Nashoba in Littleton, MA is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to install and service HVAC systems per manufacturer specs, fabricate ducts, and load equipment for each job. You'll uphold safety, manage paperwork, and maintain the company vehicle while delivering quality workmanship.

You will contribute to a customer-focused team, mentor an apprentice, and adapt to flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high customer satisfaction on every project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s License.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Must have own hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Designs, fabrics and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentors an apprentice to become a contributor to the Nashoba team
• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Represents Nashoba in a manner that conveys professionalism and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 70 lbs and travel to locations.
