Super Service Today in Danvers, MA is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You will lead on-site installations for furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and mini-splits, mentoring junior crew members and ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 3+ years of residential HVAC experience, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and a valid US driver’s license. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a residential HVAC Installer.
• Experience installing ducted or ductless systems.
• Experience running a crew is a plus.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license.
• Available to work full-time with flexibility to work after hours if needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• On-site install and start-up of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
• Lead and mentor junior crew members
• Ensure site safety and code compliance
• Conduct quality checks to meet industry standards and client requirements
• Maintain professional attitude with customers, partners, peers, and vendors
• Coordinate with office staff
• Keep assigned company vehicle organized, clean, and stocked
