Job summary

Nashoba in Littleton, MA is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to install and service HVAC systems at customer sites. You will design and fabricate ducts per specs, load equipment, and uphold safety and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, a HS diploma, a valid driver’s license, and your own hand and power tools. You’ll mentor an apprentice and work with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ HVAC installation experience.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentors an apprentice to become a contributor to the Nashoba team

General Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represents Nashoba in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.
