Job summary

Forge is seeking a seasoned Lead Residential HVAC Installer to drive on-site installation and start-up of ducted and ductless systems. You will mentor junior crew members, uphold safety standards, and ensure high-quality workmanship while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage ductwork fabrication, lead complex heat pump installs, and perform system troubleshooting and repairs. A valid license, EPA certification, and the ability to work in attics are required.

Qualifications

3+ years as lead residential HVAC installer (ducted/ductless)
Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, air flow and system design
Experience with sheet metal fabrication (transitions, plenums) is a plus
Experience training junior technicians and running crew/jobs soup-to-nuts
EPA Certification is required
Able to work in attics and small spaces, lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders
Valid drivers license
Available to work full-time with after-hours flexibility
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonuses: ability to estimate/quote jobs & Sheet Metal License is desirable

Responsibilities

Independently conduct on-site installations and start-up of ducted and ductless systems

Maintain professional attitude with customers and partners, delivering quality service
Conduct quality control checks and perform repairs on HVAC systems
Ensure site safety, proper documentation, and prompt communication with office and warehouse staff
