Rodenhiser Home Services, a long-established HVAC provider in Massachusetts, is seeking a lead installer to manage new system installations from start to finish. You’ll train, mentor apprentices, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and superb customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Project Managers and office staff, maintain organized job sites, and communicate daily to keep projects aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Completed a certified HVAC installation training program and apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to engage in ongoing technical development.
• Oil burner experience/license a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead HVAC system installation from video preview to all steps in the Install System process.
• Complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.
• Establish good customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Work with Project Manager and Install Coordinators to ensure completion of jobs.
• Communicate with Project Manager and office staff daily.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
• Consistent accuracy and timeliness of all paperwork, including checklists, invoices and post-job videos.
• Participate in department meetings, trainings with vendors.
