Job summary

Live Free Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing in Concord, NH is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to own residential installations from start to finish and mentor apprentices. You will install furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment while reading blueprints and ensuring code compliance.

The role demands 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, NH gas license, EPA 608, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Valid New Hampshire Gas License (Required).
EPA 608 Universal Certification (Required).
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and related equipment.
Perform brazing, venting, gas piping, refrigerant piping, and system commissioning.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and make field adjustments as needed.
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specs and local codes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite and company vehicle.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Mentor and train apprentices and installation helpers.
Complete all required paperwork accurately using ServiceTitan and other company systems.
