Job summary
Live Free Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer in Concord, NH. You will lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish, installing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment while ensuring code compliance and high-quality workmanship.
The role requires 5+ years of residential installation experience, NH gas license, and EPA 608 certification.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Experience installing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and central air systems.
- Valid NH Gas License, EPA 608 Certification, and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
- Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and related equipment.
- Perform brazing, venting, gas piping, refrigerant piping, and system commissioning.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and make field adjustments as needed.
- Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite and company vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Mentor and train apprentices and installation helpers.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately using ServiceTitan and other company systems.
