Job summary

Jet Industries Inc. in Oregon is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead on-site installation crews. You will organize field projects, review drawings, and coordinate with general contractors to keep the project moving safely and on time.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of commercial HVAC installation and 2+ years of foreman leadership, with the ability to supervise 5–15 workers, enforce safety, and maintain daily timesheets and change orders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• 2+ years of HVAC foreman experience.
• Ability to manage crews of 5-15 people.
• Basic proficiency in English for safety and on-site communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize projects in the field and maintain current knowledge of project parameters.
• Study project drawings and specs; coordinate with General contractor and attend meetings.
• Maintain records, submittals, and notify project manager of missing items.
• Log potential changes, back charges, and change orders; process CORs with project managers.
• Assist with RFIs and maintain an RFI log.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site and enforce Jet policies.
• Install HVAC systems meeting local/state codes.
• Train journeymen, apprentices, and laborers.
• Supervise Jet personnel; report overtime and keep timesheets updated.
