Job summary

Jet Industries is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman for our field operations in Eugene, Oregon. You will organize and lead HVAC installation projects, review drawings, and coordinate with the General contractor to maintain schedules and quality.

Applicants should have 7+ years in commercial HVAC and 2+ years as a foreman, with the ability to manage 5–15 workers. We offer a safety-first workplace, 401K matching, paid holidays, and Jet University training.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• 2+ years of HVAC foreman experience.
• Ability to manage crews of 5–15 people.
• Basic proficiency in English for safety and on-site communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize field projects and maintain knowledge of project parameters.
• Study drawings and specifications and attend project meetings with the General contractor.
• Maintain records, submittals, and notify the project manager of missing items.
• Maintain daily log of changes, back charges, and change orders; process COR with PM.
• Assist with RFIs and maintain a log of all RFIs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site and enforce Jet policies.
• Install HVAC systems to meet local and state codes.
• Train journeymen, apprentices, and laborers.
• Supervise Jet personnel and report issues; manage overtime approvals and timesheets.
• Coordinate with other Jet divisions; maintain schedule and notify PM of manpower needs.
• Review materials; notify Purchasing and process orders; handle packing lists.
