You will study project drawings, coordinate with the General contractor, and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders to meet monthly billings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• 2+ years of HVAC foreman experience.
• Ability to manage crews of 5-15 people.
• Basic English proficiency required for safety and on-site communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize field projects and maintain knowledge of project parameters.
• Coordinate with General contractor, attend project meetings, and review drawings/specs.
• Maintain records, submittals, change orders, RFI's, and timesheets.
• Ensure safety, enforce company policies, and oversee field personnel.
