Job summary

Jet Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent in Eugene, Oregon. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to plan and deliver projects on time while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Five years of previous experience as an HVAC superintendent or similar role.
OSHA 30 certification for construction safety.
Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction sites.
Ability to read and understand installation drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors to determine project needs.
Deliver the project within allotted hours and milestones.
Plan construction processes.
Supervise staff and provide feedback.
Plan for inspections and ensure safety/quality guidelines.
Order rental equipment and arrange maintenance or replacement.
Track material/orders on site and submit weekly status reports.
Keep job site safe, clean, and orderly.
Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
Lead on-site meetings with GC, subcontractors, and client.
