Job summary
Jet Industries Inc. is a nationwide contractor seeking a seasoned HVAC foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects.
You will organize field operations, review drawings and specifications, coordinate with general contractors, and document submittals and change orders to support timely monthly billings. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in commercial HVAC installation, 2+ years as a foreman, and the ability to manage crews of 5-15 people.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial HVAC installation.
- 2+ years of HVAC foreman experience.
- Ability to manage crews of 5-15 people.
- Basic Proficiency in English required for safety and on-site communication.
Responsibilities
- Organize field projects and maintain knowledge of project parameters.
- Study drawings and specs; coordinate with the General contractor and attend meetings.
- Maintain records, documents, and approved submittals; notify project manager of missing submittals.
- Maintain a daily log of changes or back charges and prepare change orders for monthly billing.
- Install HVAC systems to meet local and state codes; supervise journeymen, apprentices, and laborers.
- Maintain a clean, safe site and enforce Jet Industries' policies and standards.
