Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead quality installations across commercial projects in Lynchburg and surrounding areas. You will promote safety, guide crews, and ensure projects meet contract requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HVAC project leadership, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. The role covers K-12, university, and healthcare facilities with potential for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of HVAC project leadership experience.
• Journeyman or Master card is a plus.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office, Bluebeam, and Procore are pluses.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition; ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional communication and leadership on all project sites.
• Plan installations in strict conformance with contract requirements.
• Provide a safe job site and uphold safety culture.
• Manage coordinated and prefabricated projects.
• Think quickly and make decisions to keep work moving.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mentor and train crew members on site.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
