Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead technicians and installers on commercial construction projects.

This hands-on leadership role requires reading plans and coordinating with project teams to ensure installations are safe, on schedule, and code-compliant. You will supervise crews on-site, review blueprints, manage daily work assignments, and mentor team members while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other trades to keep projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred.
• Several years of HVAC installation/repair experience.
• 3+ years of HVAC supervisory or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• HVAC/R certification or licensing as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet company vehicle driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily work assignments based on project schedules and priorities.
• Train, mentor, and support crew members.
• Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Oversee HVAC installation, ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems.
• Monitor quality, productivity, materials, and project progress.
• Ensure work complies with safety requirements, building codes, and specifications.
• Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and progress reports.
• Troubleshoot jobsite issues and help keep projects on schedule.
