Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is hiring an HVAC Foreman-Construction to lead a crew of HVAC technicians on diverse construction sites. You’ll ensure installations meet design specs, codes, and safety standards while coordinating with project managers and trade partners.

The role requires strong leadership, deep HVAC knowledge, and the ability to drive schedules, control quality, and maintain clear communication with clients and engineers throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory HVAC installation/repair experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to meet project milestones.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members; enforce safety policies.
• Review plans, budgets, and specifications to understand HVAC requirements.
• Monitor progress, liaise with project managers and engineers, manage materials.
• Oversee installation, repair, and testing of HVAC systems; ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain records, submit progress reports and timesheets.
