Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies is hiring an HVAC Field Superintendent - Residential to lead day-to-day field activities for single-family homes, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with builders and inspectors, review plans, and uphold company safety policies across multiple sites. A strong background in HVAC installation and code compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years supervisory experience in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing.
• Minimum 8 years of installation experience in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing.
• Strong understanding of HVAC/electrical/plumbing installation practices and codes.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and specifications to determine scope, materials, and installation requirements.
• Supervise installation crews and coordinate with stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Inspect work for quality, code compliance, and safety; document progress.
