Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, and serving eleven markets, is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, and execution on commercial and residential projects in multiple markets. You will collaborate with field teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in construction, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with blueprints and BIM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience (construction preferred).
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient MS Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience with project management software and reading blueprints/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in weekly job site meetings and communicate project status.
• Manage the project utilizing the provided estimate and ensure schedules are met.
• Create and manage project schedules with detailed tasks and sequencing.
• Review and process project submittals and RFIs.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and manage costs and changes.
