Job summary

The Romanoff Group - HVAC Foreman (Residential) role oversees and coordinates job-site operations, managing field crews, apprentices, and laborers. You will plan work schedules, organize materials and equipment, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with NEC and local codes.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years HVAC construction experience, strong supervisory skills, and a solid understanding of contract drawings and project coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years HVAC construction experience.
• Preferred: Supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Certifications or Licenses.
• Preferred: Reading and comprehension of English materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead field teams, ensuring high-quality work aligned with company standards.
• Coordinate project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Manage project materials and equipment efficiently.
• Schedule and oversee job site inspections for policy compliance.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth transitions.
