Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal HVAC Lead to join our SE&M field team in Elm City, NC.

You will take direction from the Superintendent, manage day-to-day field activities, and lead a crew of up to five workers to complete duct installations on industrial and commercial projects. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating with subcontractors, planning material orders, enforcing safety per OSHA 30, and conducting weekly toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC duct installation experience.
• Sheet metal work experience in industrial or commercial settings.
• Ability to lead a crew of up to five workers and coordinate with GC/inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Superintendent and manage daily field activities.
• Install sheet metal ductwork and assist with project tasks.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings to determine installation methods.
• Plan installation sequence, order materials, and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead weekly safety toolbox talks and enforce safety standards.
