Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC duct installer to layout, assemble, install and maintain duct systems and related equipment on industrial projects in the Raleigh area.

The role requires reading specifications, applying welding/fitting techniques, and coordinating with other trades to ensure quality and safety. You will work from shop drawings and applicable codes to deliver reliable ductwork.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or 30 safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of different piping systems and materials.

Responsibilities

• Layout, assemble, install, and maintain HVAC duct systems, supports, and related equipment.
• Use sheet metal hand tools, power tools, and aerial work platforms as required.
• Fabricate pipe spools and components using welding and fitting techniques per project specs.
• Inspect ducts and diagnose leaks, blockages, or pressure issues and repair as needed.
• Interpret blueprints and specs to plan duct layouts meeting design and codes.
