Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of Controls Engineers. You will manage workload, mentor new hires, and coordinate with Engineering Managers to plan department needs. The role focuses on designing and integrating building automation systems across projects.

You will configure, program, and test BAS solutions, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering high‑quality documentation. Travel up to 20% and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field with 5+ years’ experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years’ HVAC controls experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Design complete building automation systems with controllers and sensors.
• Configure WebCTRL system and SiteBuilder for projects.
• Program control algorithms including third‑party integrations (Eikon).
• Develop graphical interfaces for BAS and perform QA/QC reviews.
• Mentor engineers and participate in performance evaluations.
