Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members. Ensure all duties are done in a timely manner.
• Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components.
• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, building consensus across teams.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
