Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Maintenance Technician III/ Lead Tech to perform skilled work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and remodeling across our properties. The role involves hands-on repair and preventive care of building systems to keep units ready for new residents.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance, relevant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll join a team focused on safety, quality of life for residents, and ongoing facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction.
• Certification, license or equivalent to operate or repair equipment (HVAC, building trades, or utilities).
• Current and valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform heating/air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and remodeling work.
• Ensure all unoccupied residential units are ready for new residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the facility.
• Support residents' quality of life in line with company beliefs.
