Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC systems for the facility; perform preventative maintenance.
• Replace breakers, ballast and electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards and ensure safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance on units, common areas and grounds; manage preventive maintenance programs.
