Job summary

Palvella Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, HUB & SP Operations in Wayne, PA to oversee daily Patient Access operations and support programs across HUB services, specialty pharmacy coordination, CRM, copay and patient assistance programs, and vendor performance.

The role partners with the Senior Director to drive efficient, compliant, and patient-centered operations, collaborating with Market Access, Commercial Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 3 years of experience in Patient Services, HUB Operations, Specialty Pharmacy, Market Access, or related healthcare operations.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, prior authorization, copay programs, and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Rare disease, specialty pharmaceutical, or biotechnology experience required.
• Strong understanding of patient support operations and access services.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director in daily management of Patient Access operations to ensure exceptional patient, caregiver, and provider experience.
• Help develop, document, and implement patient support programs, workflows, SOPs, and service standards.
• Monitor program performance and propose efficiency/improvement initiatives.
• Assist with launch readiness activities and ongoing operational enhancements.
• Serve as operational liaison with specialty pharmacy partners and monitor processing, onboarding, and adherence.
• Lead CRM data management, system enhancements, testing, and user training.
• Develop dashboards/reports showing program performance and patient progression.
• Oversee copay/patient assistance programs, enrollment, eligibility, and budgeting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Commercial, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT.
• Ensure HIPAA and FDA compliance; participate in audits and action plans.
• Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and special projects.
