Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of insurance benefit design for commercial and government payers.
• Experience managing complex projects, programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Patient Service programs.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Lead vendor management, contract negotiation and KPI oversight.
• Collaborate with PASS teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to implement strategy.
• Monitor data governance, analytics and dashboard development for program performance.
