Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic HR functions and procedures.
• Experience supporting Payroll, Benefits, Talent and Core HR modules.
• Experience with custom reports, data analysis, audits and compliance reporting.
• Proven experience implementing systems, upgrades or major enhancements.
• Strong partnership with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Administration & Maintenance to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Business Process Analysis to improve efficiency via automation and workflow optimization.
• Requirements Gathering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and leaders to translate needs.
• System Configuration & Implementation including upgrades and change management.
• Reporting & Analytics to support workforce planning and executive decisions.
• Data Integrity & Governance including data standards and audits.
• Testing & Quality Assurance for upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management with HR tech vendors and IT teams.
• Compliance, Security & Documentation and quarterly security reporting.
