Job summary

Packard Culligan is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to act as the HR team's SME for HR systems, reporting, and process improvement. You will administer UKG, develop HR analytics and dashboards, and provide payroll back-up support while ensuring data integrity and compliant processes.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to optimize HR data, drive improvements, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in HR, IS, business, or data analytics.
• 3+ years supporting HRIS, HR operations, payroll, or HR reporting.
• Experience administering or supporting UKG or similar HRIS.
• Strong reporting and analytics experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvements.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, controls, and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary admin and SME for UKG, configure workflows, security roles, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Lead HR technology and process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Maintain HR data (employee, org, positions, benefits) in HR systems and support payroll back-up.
