Ladders is seeking a People Technology Senior Specialist - Reporting & Analytics to design, develop, and govern enterprise HR reporting that informs decision-making across a complex organization. You will translate workforce data into clear insights, create executive dashboards, and collaborate with leadership to drive priority KPIs.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting tools or comparable HR analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of HCM data models, business objects, and security frameworks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data transformation.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
• 7+ years in HRIS reporting or HR analytics, with 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level reporting solutions, including custom and composite reports.
• Serve as the technical expert for complex reporting needs across HR systems and related platforms.
• Own the enterprise reporting catalog, documenting report purpose, data sources, and refresh cadence.
• Establish reporting standards and governance practices for consistency and data quality.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards and operational reporting hubs for HR metrics.
• Partner with leadership to define and monitor KPIs aligned to business priorities.
• Conduct analyses to support strategic initiatives and translate findings into executive summaries.

For our client, we are seeking a People Technology Senior Specialist - Reporting & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will be central to building and governing enterprise reporting capabilities that support HR decision-making across a complex organization. You will partner closely with leadership and stakeholders to translate workforce data into clear insights, executive dashboards, and operational reporting that drive business priorities. The position blends hands-on reporting expertise with standards, documentation, and analytics support to improve data quality, consistency, and visibility.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually
