Job summary

Volunteers of America Western Washington is seeking a Prevention Navigator Supervisor to lead a dedicated team focused on housing stability. You will supervise staff, conduct regular coaching, and ensure timely client referrals and assessments.

You will guide staff in motivational interviewing, risk assessment, and data management while upholding HIPAA standards and confidentiality across systems like Kintone and HMIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience supervising and leading a team (3+ years preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee navigator caseload and referrals to team members.
• Lead biweekly Leadership meetings and weekly team meetings.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Support clients’ housing stabilization via strength-based plans.
• Ensure data management and HIPAA compliance across systems.
• Coordinate referrals to services to achieve housing goals.
• Maintain client files and participate in community activities.
