Job summary

Housing Forward in Dallas seeks a Manager of Housing Initiatives to translate housing strategy into coordinated action across pathways. You will provide operational leadership for housing stabilization, supervise program coordinators, and ensure models are implemented with performance goals.

You will maintain oversight of priorities, performance, gaps, and risks, guiding improvements and elevating concerns to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing housing, homelessness programs or related services.
• Experience supervising coordinators and driving program performance.
• Ability to translate strategy into action across multiple partners.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between sites.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Exempt, salary position with FLSA alignment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Exit Pathway Coordinators with onboarding, supervision, and evaluations.
• Translate priorities into operational workplans with milestones.
• Ensure program models are implemented with performance targets.
• Monitor housing stabilization and provider meetings.
• Lead data quality and reporting to leadership.
• Identify risks and drive improvements with partners.
