Housing Forward is seeking a Manager of Crisis Response to translate strategy into coordinated action across Dallas and Collin Counties. You will lead zone-based street response efforts, supervise up to five Zone Coordinators, and ensure plans are executed and monitored to reduce unsheltered homelessness.

The role demands strong organization, independent problem-solving, and the ability to build partnerships with service providers, municipalities, and community partners while balancing urgency

Formación

• 5+ years in human services or related field.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license; local travel expected.
• Flexible to work at different sites as scheduled.
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee zone-based strategies to reduce unsheltered homelessness.
• Develop and maintain workplans, milestones, and performance tracking.
• Supervise up to five Zone Coordinators and ensure accountability.
• Identify barriers and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
• Lead communications with Director and cross-functional partners to align priorities.
