City of Dallas seeks a Housing Project Manager to oversee development contracts, the homebuyer assistance program, and rehab initiatives. You will coordinate logistics, underwrite loan files, and manage eligibility for homebuyer programs while collaborating with developers and public stakeholders.

Responsibilities include tracking contracts, drafting liens, updating meetings, and ensuring program objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Planning or Business.
• Experience evaluating real estate or economic development proposals.
• Experience coordinating consultants and contractors for construction projects.
• Experience conducting real estate financial calculations (loan amortization, pro forma).
• Ability to interpret loan and contract specifications and work with developers and program participants.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all development and contractual activities for housing projects and programs.
• Track development contract activities, draft liens and deed restrictions, verify payments.
• Learn and implement new processes to grow housing programs and improve management.
• Communicate with the public about housing programs and provide information/direction.
• Process internal requests for housing department meetings and updates.
• Review developer applications; facilitate project success and eligibility judgments for homebuyer programs.
