Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for our Cincinnati properties. You will oversee all housekeeping activities, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while protecting assets and controlling costs.

Lead and train housekeeping staff, inspect rooms and public areas, and coordinate with maintenance and front desk to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities, the ability to motivate staff, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed by the business.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards.
• Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk to ensure rooms are ready for guests and operations run smoothly.
• Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure quality control and consistency.
