The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati seeks a results-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensure guest room cleanliness, and protect assets while balancing costs. You will report to the Executive Housekeeper and drive service quality across the property.

Under supervision, you will inspect rooms, train staff, handle guest issues, manage supplies, and coordinate with maintenance and front desk to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Rooms Management or related leadership.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.

• Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
