Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees the housekeeping department and ensures team is properly trained.
• Monitors cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.

• Develops and implements housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Communicates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
