Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities, the ability to motivate staff, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards. Document and report issues to the appropriate department.
• Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards.
• Guest Interaction: Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Management: Assist in management of cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure materials are available.
• Collaboration: Work with maintenance and front desk to ensure rooms are ready for guests and smooth operations.
• Quality Control: Conduct audits and spot checks to ensure quality and consistency.
