Job summary

Hampton Inn by Hilton Raynham is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor/Room Inspector to inspect and clean guest rooms to the highest standards and ensure a welcoming environment.

The role requires quick, courteous guest service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage room statuses in our PMS system while coordinating with engineering for maintenance tasks. Availability on weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate information to managers, coworkers, vendors and guests.
• Must bend, stoop, lift and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean guest rooms to high cleanliness standards.
• Respond quickly to guest requests in a caring and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of all guest rooms as per guidelines and surveys.
• Become knowledgeable in the PMS system to update room statuses.
• Restock and organize work areas; assist with room sheets and keys.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and repairs of rooms.
• Assist with monthly inventories of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
