Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping required.

• Ability to read in English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily housekeeping activities to ensure adequate staffing for guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspects guest rooms and public areas daily to verify cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Trains and coaches housekeeping team members to improve performance.
• Prepares weekly inventory, checks supplies, and reports discrepancies to management.
• Maintains safety procedures and communicates needs to the housekeeping leadership.
