Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience required and preferred supervisory background.
• Strong attention to detail and guest room quality standards.
• Clear communication and ability to train staff.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and schedules.
• Experience working in hospitality and housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities and staffing to clean guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspects rooms and public spaces to ensure quality standards.
• Trains and coaches housekeeping team members.
• Prepares inventory and reports discrepancies to management.
• Monitors supplies and creates purchase orders as needed.
• Ensures safe work environment and adherence to safety policies.
• Maintains brand standards and room readiness for guest check-in.
• Communicates room status to divisions and assists with training.
